Our Helpline service is a simple way to connect our clients with specialty-specific coding experts. The process is simple: a client can pose their question to their designated Project Manager, the Project Manager will determine which expert is best suited to answer the question, they will research and formulate the appropriate response and then a call will be arranged to explain the correct answer. Moreover, we can provide recommendations for an appeal of a denied claim with supporting references/citations (assuming the case warrants appeal).
